Lesli moved to Nashville, TN in 2008, which was the perfect timing to capitalize in the real estate market within one of the fastest growing markets in the country. Leslie quickly became a serial entrepreneur within the real estate sector with her first interest of acquiring an income-producing asset in the short-term rental space. From there, her love for real estate continued to flourish, where she pursued her real estate license and quickly began working as a commercial realtor with a focus on brokering multifamily assets. Soon thereafter, she began participating in Multifamily Syndications as a general partner and took her skillset to a higher level in partnership with Fieldpoint Equity.
Due to rapid economic growth in Nashville and housing shortages, Leslie began bringing multifamily development deals together, working with builders and equity partners such as the Fieldpoint Equity Team to develop multifamily projects. Today, she engages in a multitude of real estate endeavors, including ones in partnership with Fieldpoint Equity.
