Craig Schmitz is a successful entrepreneur with over 24 years of experience in launching, funding, and growing a diverse stable of businesses Deeply rooted in the automotive world, Schmitz has owned the Autocenters Dealer Group in the St. Louis-metro area since 2000. Its flagship store, Autocenters Nissan, is one of the highest-rated Nissan dealerships in the United States.

Fieldpoint Equity capitalizes on the extensive amount of knowledge and success Craig has had in business over his career, eventually leading to Craig partnering with Fieldpoint Equity in various avenues including assisted living facilities and 

e-commerce related endeavors. The partnerships between FPE and Craig continue to grow.

Following Craig's initial foray into automotive, Schmitz thereafter launched Green Light Auto Credit. Green Light assists individuals throughout Missouri and Illinois with troubled credit histories to purchase a new vehicle.

 Additionally, in 2018 Schmitz created a new, text-based mobile marketing technology and started TEXTiUM, a company that partners with some of the largest marketing agencies and advertisers in the country. In 2020, he applied TEXTiUM’s core technology to develop Magic URL, a vehicle-value lead-generating tool sold directly to car dealers.

Since 2007, Schmitz also has been a partner in William Craig Diversified Holdings, a venture capital firm that invests in start-up businesses and products. Among their various investments has been nurturing Repel Well, a line of surface protectant products utilizing advanced nanotechnology, to become a growing force in its industry.

Schmitz lives in the St. Louis area and has three children. In addition to the thrill of starting and running businesses, he enjoys traveling the world and spending time with family and friends.
